A Kendal bodywork studio. The public site shows the finish and takes a quote by form, phone or WhatsApp. Behind that sits a CRM with invoicing and expenses, so the workshop is not running the business in a spreadsheet.

Built around the jobs you already do. Not around someone else’s CRM.
Off-the-shelf software is fine until the workshop has to change how it works to suit the tool. We map quotes, follow-up, invoicing and expenses as they actually happen, then put them in one place. The website brings in the enquiry; the system behind it makes sure it is followed up.

Bookings
Slots, deposits and who is working. In one diary.
A barber shop will not keep a diary in a generic form plugin. A B&B will not risk a double booking because two calendars drifted. We use the same white-label CMS for both: live slots, deposits, rooms or chairs, and an admin the team can actually edit.
