Systems that fit how you already work

Software built around your jobs, not another platform you have to reshape the business for. Quotes, bookings, invoicing, customer records and automation in one place.

Designed and developed in Kendal for businesses across the Lake District, Cumbria, Lancashire and beyond.

FH Motorbody website in Kendal: vehicle bodywork, quote path and the public shop window for the workshop

Project

FH Motorbody

A Kendal bodywork studio. The public site shows the finish and takes a quote by form, phone or WhatsApp. Behind that sits a CRM with invoicing and expenses, so the workshop is not running the business in a spreadsheet.

Quotes and records

Built around the jobs you already do. Not around someone else’s CRM.

Off-the-shelf software is fine until the workshop has to change how it works to suit the tool. We map quotes, follow-up, invoicing and expenses as they actually happen, then put them in one place. The website brings in the enquiry; the system behind it makes sure it is followed up.

  • Quote requests, phone and WhatsApp in the same trail
  • Customer and job records instead of a shared spreadsheet
  • Invoicing and expenses next to the work, not in a separate app
  • Training for the people who will use it every day

If a product we already run covers most of it, we start there. If it does not, we build the piece you need.

Blackwood Barbers live demo with Book appointment as the first action

Bookings

Slots, deposits and who is working. In one diary.

A barber shop will not keep a diary in a generic form plugin. A B&B will not risk a double booking because two calendars drifted. We use the same white-label CMS for both: live slots, deposits, rooms or chairs, and an admin the team can actually edit.

  • Service, person and time, with live availability
  • Deposits or pay in full, or pay when they arrive
  • Room search, extras and iCal for hotels and B&Bs
  • Your brand on the login, not ours

Blackwood Barbers is the live shop demo. Alpine House is the hotel demo. Rothay House in Ambleside is a production B&B on that stack. White-label CMS and the products page have the detail.

Operator One marketing site with an AI support widget and human handoff

Automation

Fewer repetitive tasks. People still decide.

AI that does a real job, not a chatbot added for the brochure. First replies, missing details, a ticket a person can pick up. You decide what it may do, and where it must ask. For the longer list of agents, see AI integration.

  • Enquiries answered, then handed to a person
  • Forms turned into structured quote requests
  • Mail summarised and turned into tidy tasks
  • Optional tools for SEO, content planning and social publishing in one dashboard. See RokData.

Dog Walker Manager bookings board for professional walkers: clients, calendar and weekly invoices

Ready-made

If a product already fits, we start there.

Not every brief needs a custom build. Dog Walker Manager is bookings, pet profiles, visit reports and weekly invoices for walking teams. Time Keeper is clock-in, rotas and payroll export. TACOPS is a white-label portal for security firms. RokData is marketing and SEO in one workspace.

  • Start from a product when it matches the jobs
  • Skin it, connect it, train the team
  • Build only the piece that is still missing

The test is simple: does the next job take fewer steps than it does today? See the full set, with screenshots, on Products.

How we work

  1. Brief: a call or a visit. The jobs you do today, and where they snag.
  2. Direction: you review a working version, not a slide.
  3. Refine: we gather your feedback, make the agreed changes and prepare everything for launch.
  4. Live: training, hosting if you want it. We stay reachable.

If a spreadsheet or an off-the-shelf CRM is fighting you, we will say whether a product we run is enough, or whether the piece you need has to be built.

Working with us

Every project is different, but you will receive a fixed written quote before work begins. No unexpected extras. Hosting and ongoing support are optional. Custom work is yours after payment. We work beyond the Lakes when the brief is right.

What you leave with

  • A system that matches how the work actually arrives and gets done
  • Fewer steps between enquiry, job, invoice and follow-up
  • A login the team can use on a phone or in the office
  • Training, so it does not live with one person
  • Your choice of ongoing care, a product plan, or a complete handover

FAQ

Every project is different, but you will receive a fixed written quote before work begins. No unexpected extras. Starting from a product we already run is usually quicker and cheaper than a full custom build.
You review a working version, not a slide deck. A focused tool on top of an existing product can be weeks. A custom CRM, bookings or invoicing build takes longer. The gate is how clearly we can map the jobs you do today.
No. If one of our products already fits, we start there: bookings, marketing and SEO tools, time and attendance, support chat, or a white-label operations portal. If it does not fit, we build the piece you need.
Yes. That is usually the brief. We map the jobs you already do, then put quotes, records and follow-up in one place so the next job takes fewer steps than it does today.
That is the test. We train the people who will live in it, on the devices they already use. If it only works for the person who commissioned it, it has failed.
Only where it does a real job: routing enquiries, drafting replies, pulling facts out of mail. You decide what it may do, and where it must ask. See AI integration for the detail.
Yes. We can host and look after the system, or hand it over. Products we operate have their own plans. Custom work is quoted separately.
Custom work is yours. You are not locked behind a platform you cannot leave. Products we operate stay on our service, with your data exportable.
Yes. The studio is in Kendal. We work with businesses across Cumbria, Lancashire and further afield. A call is enough to start; not every project needs to be down the road.
